I worked with Kath indirectly and directly for almost the entire 8 years that she was with Laureate Online Education. At all times was she the person you needed by you when times were tough, always positive, encouraging and focused on moving forward. She held a sincere and active concern for our students, for their success and their support and even when in operational roles that didn't require student contact she never lost that focus. Kath is a committed people manager that leads by example but never stifles the energy and creativity of her team members. She demonstrated again and again that she believes that she succeeds when her people succeed and that loyalty and commitment shone through in everything she did.
