Oct 2014 - Aug 2015
Some of my responsibilities while working at BodyMods were managing all transactions during my shift, including; assisting customers with accurately finding the product they were looking for, the financial transactions, and closing transactions by using the skills we were trained on. I was also responsible for the cleaning and up-keep of the kiosk before, during and after my shift commenced. Each shift I continuously worked towards my own quota. I was also responsible for contacting customers if an order they had placed had arrived, or if there were any complaints/comments that needed to be handled. Show less

While working at Subway it was my responsibility to serve customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and consistency. I was also required to perform financial transactions, keep the location in a sanitary state, and interact with customers. I strived to operate with a sense of professionalism and maintain a good work ethic. I gained a better understanding of interacting with customers and working as part of a team.
