  As communications director, I am responsible for the publication of international member journals and curriculum materials. I manage association communications in the form of social media, press releases, PowerPoint presentations, and electronic newsletters. I share responsibility for uploading and updating all website content. Relating to ITEEA’s annual conference, I work closely with a slate of approximately 200 presenters and create all conference communications, including the development of a conference program and mobile app. I play a strong role in all association marketing efforts including promotion of membership, conference, and publications.   As Editor-in-Chief I oversaw the editorial processes for ITEEA's publications as well as curriculum membership, and conference materials and worked to create a more strategic online presence. Additionally, I was responsible for creating and maintaining a departmental budget as well as managing editorial staff.
