  As a Project Mechanical Inspector witness, conduct tests, prepare document, review drawing,do punch list and prepare report during the Erecting, Installation of Conveyor Systems i.e.Pulleys, Gearboxes, Motors, Rotary and Static equipments and Hydraulic power systems, including Alignment works, Welding Inspection and Commissioning activities.As a Maintenance Technician plan and execute all daily and monthly Preventive Maintenance works on Plummer blocks, Pulleys, Gearboxes, adjust Belt scrappers,align belts, inspect Buckets and Chain Systems. PM also include Condition Based Monitoring, take Vibration readings, Thermography and oil sample for analysis and compile in Data Base System.Corrective Maintenance include overhaul of Gearboxes, Water Pumps, Valves,rectify damage to Pulleys, Plummer Blocks, Screens while also carrying out Root Cause Analysis to prevent further incidents.Competent, hands-on job experience and prepare SOP(standard operating procedure) for the work done.
