Counselling can be arranged in other languages as well. Aspiria has a strong face to face counselling service, as well as tech supports with e-counselling, video, telephonic and a resourceful phone app. Included in employees' options are work-life services such as life coaching, legal consultations, financial consults, nutrition consults, smoking cessation supports, as well as a robust work-life portal. Pace, which became part of CBI Health in 2012, had been providing Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), health and Wellness services, and Organizational Consulting for a wide range of organizations since 1987. The EAP provided confidential counseling to staff and their families, to assist with personal and work-related issues. Staff training, individual coaching, critical incident assistance and a host of support services were offered to employers and their families. Pace provided services throughout Ontario and in the major centres across Canada. As of January 1st 2017, 30 years since it began, Pace was acquired by Aspiria corp.
