      The Women's League of Burma is a community based organisation advocating for the rights of women and girls from ethnic minority groups in Burma. It is an umbrella group representing 13 ethnic minority women's organisations, responsible for advocacy at an international and national level, training and capacity building and funding support via sub-grants. As technical advisor, my primary role was coordination, desk research and support to their shadow report to CEDAW, but grew to encompass a strong resource mobilisation, training, stakeholder representation and capacity building focus.
