Select highlights: • I shifted press coverage of the unveiling of the incumbent’s signature opioid legislation to include McLeod-Skinner’s opposition, taking the wind out of the opponent's PR plans and built new momentum toward election day. • For healthcare access messaging I coined the phrase “you shouldn’t have to call your Congressman to see your doctor,” a phrase so powerful the opponent started using it.
