I assist in the marketing and organization of the Dutch Regional Training Camp in which we bring Professional Coaches from top clubs in Holland to the US for coaching education, club wide soccer camps and day camps for 6-18 year olds. I help run the marketing, promotion, organization of housing, customer service, registration of campers and parent interaction. I used email marketing through Constant Contact as well as social networks to promote this program.

As the DOC I work with 100 different volunteer coaches, 1,000 kids ages 3-18 and 4 staff members. I lead the marketing campaigns, administrative duties and coaches education to ensure that the players will get the best soccer experience possible. In my time with CO Rush the numbers of registered players have grown each season. Throughout the season I coach each age group (U5-U18) and created an age appropriate curriculum for the coaches so that the players are able to improve their soccer skills and have fun. In addition to the regular season we have a School of Excellence program for kids 6-10 and Mighty Mights for kids 3-5. I supervise 20 plus staff coaches, create the curriculum and increased the number of registration each season.
