I was fortunate to watch Katherine's growth during my tenure at First Republic Bank and refer to her achievements as a Master Class in my personal motto: ABC - Always Be Curious. While she served as an Associate on the cash management team, I worked with her moving a client with challenging needs to a system that improved their cash flow and it was not enough her for her to simply "just do it" she took the time to learn the complexities of their business and answer their needs. From there, I watched as she tapped into her curiosity to learn the complexities of the wine industry and how to mitigate the risks that are not known to those outside of it.
