I was essentially responsible for the project managing of various clients such as Jet2, RSA, EveryChild and Cumbrian Cottages. Jet2 was my main and largest client and I essentially ran mail packs and emails through from initial brief to mailing. We were rewarded for our hard work by being awarded the main Jet2 holidays brochure as well as four supplement brochures. I especially enjoyed co-ordinating some of the larger projects such as videos, emails, POS and internal communications for corporate events for one of Intermarketing's largest clients, RSA. I was heavily involved in two large CRM campaigns for Jet2 and EveryChild which has massively broadened my experience in this area. Since joining I managed four different Account Executives and found I have a real strength for people management.

I started in 2004 as an Account Executive. General admin duties such as sending press ads, updating financial costs and spreadsheets and supporting 3 very different Account Managers. I worked for predominantly for Halifax which was a very busy account. After a brief 2 months in the PR department as a secondment, in November 2004 I was promoted to Account Manager working mainly on Cattles Finance, also Dulux, Parador Properties, Acumus Insurance and Lakeland. I gained a great deal of financial experience in this time. I also started managing Account Executives which gave me the chance to help them develop. In January 2008, I was promoted to Senior Account Manager to work on Goldfish Credit Cards, RSPB, Age UK, Sykes Cottages, Superbreak, Premier Bathrooms, Shopacheck, CPP, Framework (Homeless Charity), NRS and Amplifon. My charity based knowledge has improved considerably in this time, having worked with a number of large organisations. Again I have been in charge of 3 Account Executives in this time and have gained even more valuable Managerial Experience.

Mosaic was a really small full service agency (only 3 permanent staff), based in North Leeds. As Account Executive, I was responsible for providing admin support to my Account Manager in the day-to-day management of a number of accounts from fast-fit garages, to bathroom companies, hospitality design companies to recruitment agencies and lighting manufacturers. As it was a small company, it was very hands on so learned a lot about the advertising industry very quickly! Whilst working at Mosaic, I performed a number of duties including: Updating spreadsheets, keeping control of sending press ads booking advertising space Sourcing the best print costs - booking print I also started to copywrite brochures in the few months before I left.
