Our objective in establishing a new and ongoing client relationship is to participate in that relationship, not as a service provider, but as a partner. Katherine as our initial and primary contact at Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails must have had the same strategy. I can tell you from day-1, our experience in implementing the Hercules property management and central reservation system, permit sales and call center for Wyoming has been a very positive experience. The entire team we have worked with also shares that partnering philosophy, and it's a real pleasure to do business with people like that. Beyond that, Katherine is incredibly well-organized and forward thinking. While no new implementation is without its challenges, I believe this one was successful because of this team approach, and Katherine deserves a ton of credit for that. She also doesn't hesitate to ask for more -- and she's such a great person to work with, she makes you want to say "yes."
