The High Atlas Foundation is an American-Moroccan NGO working to alleviate poverty and empower women in rural areas of Morocco. I led the process to write and submit three grant proposals for the United States Agency for International Development, one of which was granted to complete a $250,000 development project in Morocco and Jordan. I also wrote research articles and blogs, several of which were published, and edited the work of other staff members. With the assistance of the CEO Yossef Ben-Meir, I co-authored a 5,000 word research essay on a participatory development project in Morocco.
