She started as a QA analyst and was a natural at the job. She picked up testing techniques quickly, followed and helped expand our process, and she was able to help the development team raise their quality. As a Product Owner she quickly gained a reputation throughout the organization for her effectiveness and was invited to join the Enterprise group. In this role she has been able to help DealerSocket wrangle complex product requirements and enable teams to deliver on enterprise concerns such as SSO, cloud data strategy, and acquisition integrations. And oh yeah, she earned another Presidents Club award. Kat is the one of the best examples I’ve seen of a rock star in the workplace. It was a pleasure working with her at DealerSocket.
