Managing entry level Merchandising and Buying Assistants. Managing the approval of all trim and strike off submissions.Working closely with the Merchandiser in order to develop the range construction, selecting carry over lines, and choosing lines for promotions and markdown.Analysing Monday trade figures and presenting highlights and lowlights to the wider team weekly.
