Working with Katherine has been the best professional relationship of my 30-year career. Her creativity and excellence knows no bounds. Over a 2-year period at the Jubilee Association of Maryland, Katherine and I collaborated on many creative projects she led with outstanding outcomes: redesign and launch of a new website credited with raising the caliber of job applicants; redesign of a monthly e-newsletter, quarterly print newsletter, and annual impact report that moved people to tears and generated new gifts with each issue; production of a new virtual fundraising event that yielded $500,000 from 220 guests in 30 minutes. Katherine is an excellent writer, strategic thinker, powerful storyteller, masterful manager of vendors, and consummate team player. As Director of Communications and Development for Jubilee, it was my great pleasure to be her direct supervisor.

Katherine has amazing communication skills. She is adept at writing for organizational, journalistic, and many other types of publications. She also has great judgment on editing and design of digital social media communications. Her relational and people skills are superb. I enjoyed working with her on many communication projects!
