When L'Oreal set up the new HR Shared Services Team, Kay was charged with training and implementing a whole new way of working for a brand new team. During this time through her great ability, patience and professionalism, Kay was able to ensure a smooth transition to the new team - and proved herself an invaluable colleague and mentor for me. I had no experience in HR at all, and thanks to Kay, who inspired me and guided me through the rather scary first few months - I am now working towards my level 5 CIPD qualification. She is incredibly knowledgeable, sensible and strategically talented. I hope one day to work with her again.
