Katherine was the first person I met during my interview process at Buxton, and she left quite the impression on me. Coming from both Marketing and HR backgrounds, I was very interested in her role at the company and projects she led. We spoke often about the conferences she attended, ideas she had for her department, and improvements she was making to the processes she touched. Katherine was very sharp and capable, but always asking for feedback, with a strong desire to improve and provide the best environment for Buxton's employees. She's very humble/coachable, and incredibly independently talented - an ideal combination for any employer. On a personal level, she was the perfect face for the company - approachable, professional, kind, and relatable. She was a light at the office, making every day a bit brighter. I wish I were sticking around to witness her continued growth, because I know she will have such an impact on the individuals she works with and the companies/brands she represents.

Katherine proved herself to be a valuable member of the Buxton marketing team. I had the pleasure of overseeing her in content development efforts. She has grown strides in her writing through the various email campaigns, promotional copy and blog content she supported as a member of the Buxton content team. Katherine is always seeking creative ways to engage audiences, including freshening up stale promotions and brainstorming new events. She brings interest and excitement even to some of her most tedious tasks. She is eager to learn and continue to grow her skill set.
