  Recruited at Sobeys Inc., the 2nd largest grocery retailer in Canada to manage, coordinate, and run Consumer panel activities. Responsibilities include: • Screen, train, and retrain consumer panelists in sensory methodology and panelist responsibilities periodically • Panels being completed in a 3 hour time frame • Collect quantitative and qualitative data on products, and analyze the results to determine whether the product evaluated is acceptable or unacceptable for customers • Clearly report panel results to business teams in 2 business days, through written report format and on occasion verbally, to help the team understand the results and next steps • Participate in team meetings to advise on panel feedback on products and give clarity on next steps • Conduct special one off sensory projects based upon the demand from the business. This can include focus groups, and in-store consumer product testing.
