Most of her Internship experience has involved working with the Recruiters, and our hiring process, including scheduling of applicants for job interviews, reference checks, and various communications. She has done an excellent job during this busy summer (averaging 300+ open positions), and has been an assess to our team. Katherine has the ability to develop rapport quickly with customers, whether internal or external to the organization, and has a positive attitude at all times. They say hire for attitude and train for skill. Skill's not a concern with Katherine and her attitude makes her a pleasure to work with. I'm impressed by her attitude and demeanor but even moreso by her curiousity and thirst for knowledge.
