If there is one word to personify Kate, it would be dynamism! I have had the opportunity of working closely with Kate over the past 2 years and my admiration for her has grown over this time. Her personality and the professionalism in which she approaches her job is worth emulating. I am constantly amazed at the ease in which she communicates with her doctors and builds these relationships to be lasting ones. When we go on interactions and programs together there is a rapport which makes the communication a conversation with the health care providers, rather than a sales pitch. Her knowledge of the drug and the field is exceptional and her ability to drive discussions forward is indeed a skill. Kate's amicable nature, personable aura and drive to succeed is a combination that I absolutely admire.
