Jeff Starr
At Trademark we are lucky to work with Katherine for the pastseveral years while producing conferences at Metro Events and Pier 27/29 for clients such as Slack. Katherine has exceptional follow up skills which are alway appreciated in the event world. I can't express enough how often I'm trying to dig for deliverables after venue site visits, but Katherine has a knack about getting them over to us not only before we've asked, but usually before we get back to the office! As a sales lead we've appreciated having Katherine be our partner in navigating challenging contract and budget needs with our annual conferences, often w/ switching dates and managing cruise ship priorities at the venue. Her can-do attitude and ability to receive and tackle our endless barrage of questions and queries are a trait that few have in the events and venue industry. Around clients, her calm and even demeanor is always something to put even the most jittery or apprehensive clients at ease and we see her as a vital extension of our team!
