'Top performer' is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Katherina. I had the pleasure of working with Katherina for more than three years at Procter & Gamble Innovation Center in Caracas, Venezuela. There, we collaborated in different project teams. Katherina's ability to work in different multi functional teams in Latin America and North America was impressive. Her contributions made a difference in the success of outstanding innovations such as Oral-B Pro-Health Clinical Protection product line in Latin America and "Desafío Boca por Boca" commercial campaign for Crest Pro-Health Mexico (which was highly regarded by P&G senior management). Katherina is a top-notch engineer, and throughout her time in P&G became a recognized expert in different Quantitative and Qualitative market research techniques, product storytelling and cross-functional team leadership. In one case we were working together in Mexico City in a very challenging Product Sensory Test placement. Katherina devoted long hours to ensure the success of the test, showing her great leadership skills.
