Teaching across the curriculum with a placement in KS1 to gain experience of teaching Early Years Maths and Phonics.- September 2018 – July 2019: Year 4 classroom teacher, completed NQT year, teaching across the curriculum and graded outstanding in my NQT year and I was selected as a ‘Best Practice Showcase’ to be observed by teachers at neighbouring schools. I underwent a training programme being trialed in Year 4 concerning the introduction of a solo-taxonomy scheme to assess progress in reading

An educational charity based in Beckton, London, helping and encouraging high attaining children from low socio-economic backgrounds - January October 2016: Member of Camp Leadership Team at summer camp. Ensured all camp operations were in place, recruiting and training volunteers, recruiting children and liaising with schools pre-camp, leading and managing a team of 20 university students and 50 year 6 children over the two week camp, and then post-camp analysis and assessment, compiling and presenting a report to trustees, sponsors and CEOs. - January 2017-June 2017: Manager of Lauriston Lights. Planning and running the three 2017 camps. I led the Operations Committee and was a member of the company’s Finance Committee, Fundraising Committee and Vision Committee
