I was taken aback the first time I met Katharina. She recently returned from New Zealand and began an internship as a software developer at Blockpit, while also assisting the marketing team with her expertise in crypto tax law and content production. WOW! She has since grown to be the center of our content team, hiring, teaching, and leading her team. Since we began our hyperscaling efforts at the end of 2021, she has gone above and above by increasing content output and quality by giving a clear structure for her team and ensuring that they have a trusting and creative environment in which to bring up and explore ideas. And this is all happening in a volatile and ever-changing crypto market. Furthermore, on a personal level, she demonstrates that she truly lives her ideals of empathy and trust. I couldn't think of a better content team lead for Blockpit than Katharina. She has proven her already great skills over and over again, setting the content vision, challenging and encouraging all team members, coordinating and tackling when something had to go fast, but also motivating in hard times.
