Within my position as a Product and Packaging Designer I am developing packagings. As a part of the WIPAK N.E.X.T. team I am also planning, preparing and hosting creative innovation workshops – focusing on our customers and their end consumers needs, as well as offering visual and communicational guidance. As the Teamlead for Creative Development, I organized, structured and planned the creative process within VBS. Together with my team I shaped the visual appearance of VBS, which was also crucial for gaining sales volumes and positioning VBS as a benchmark within the DIY market.My fond analysis enabled me to set seasonal category, product and colour trends, as well as to develop new products for different categories (stamps, cutting patterns,,..) The concept developments I did enabled VBS to conquer the DIY market through clear storytelling and creating desire to their products.Together with the responsible Product Manager I also planned and created a published book "Kreativ durchs Jahr mit Terrakotta-Töpfen".
