Kath has re-joined the business in a contract role, as Executive General Manager of the NSW Swifts - one of Australia’s most successful sporting teams. She is looking forward to the continuing the growth and evolution of the NSW Swifts Club - building upon the strong foundations of success which began in 1997 with the birth of the Sydney Swifts in the original National Netball League, and later becoming the NSW Swifts in 2008. Kath returns to the Club for her 12th season of elite netball as a sports administrator with Netball NSW (1998 - 1999, 2007 - 2013, 2016 - 2017, 2022 & 2023).

The 2021 ANZ Premiership Season was a huge success for the League, fans and members - and 2022 is looking to build upon these fantastic outcomes. What a great project. Loving the opportunity to work with all the crew from Netball New Zealand and their ANZ Premiership Teams. (Project: August - October 2021) Working with the team from Netball NZ, ANZ Premiership Teams and key stakeholders to collaboratively create the 2022 ANZ Premiership Marketing Plan. Focus areas and new developments; 1) New fan engagement activities - the Swifts Experiences, 2) communicating and creating the vision of the JOIN THE DEFENCE campaign strategy 3) creating new and innovative opportunities for fans to connect with the team and importantly... 4) respecting the success of the current staff and supporting their goals by aligning the Membership program with those goals. A fantastic group of people, working incredibly hard and aiming to deliver the best possible experiences for Members and Fans. Working alongside the NSW Swifts and Netball NSW staff has been #inspiring.

Working with the team at Netball NSW, the host Member Organisation of the 2020 Suncorp Team Girls Cup. The opportunity to create a brilliant event for fans, players and netball family to enjoy - as one of the first of netball events in the newly renovated Ken Rosewall Arena via the official pre-season tournament. Working with great people. Awesome venue. Responsibilities: Marketing the event, Ticketing structure, Membership engagement, Community engagement, Relationships & Stakeholder communications, Brand execution, Operations support and Team communication. The event was scheduled from Friday 27 - Sunday 29 March 2020, however for the safety of players and fans the event was cancelled: https://supernetball.com.au/team-girls-cup. A huge thank you to Netball NSW for inviting me to join the team once again and deliver the event!

Remote collaboration with Netball Australia staff and teams from Ticketek, venues, suppliers and high performance teams for the Constellation Cup Series matches.
