I had the privilege to work closely with Kate at the University of Delaware while we were both in graduate school. Though we worked in different University offices, our roles on campus had many similar components and our paths often collided. From the moment I met Kate, I knew she was a reflective leader who held herself and those around her to high standards. Kate is a woman who cares not only about the end product, but embraces the production process. Kate is bold, determined, and never afraid to assert her voice. She adds strength to any team she is part of, but manages to do so while still maintaining compassion for every individual player.
