VONO paper

  VONO is an independent art paper. It began as a student art paper at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv. The media was launched as a grassroots initiative in response to the lack of media about culture and art in Ukraine. Printed issues were published several times yearly as limited editions and distributed for free. VONO concentrates on themes that are not common for bigger platforms. We try to tell our readers about unusual and little-known art movements in Ukraine. In 2018, the NGO "Project VONO" was founded as a legal entity of the newspaper. In 2019 VONO launched the site vonopaper.com. After the full-scale russian invasion media took a break from its activities. Show less
