Since 2017 I am part of a non-profit volunteering project which aims helping young people to get relevant working/study experience abroad. In cooperation with Czech and Austrian embassies, we currently concentrate on providing relevant information to young people interested in studying/working in Austria. Since the project is in early stages I have been responsible for many areas in relatively short period of time, providing a lot of experience. This includes among others coordination of other team members, allocation of tasks, social media presentation, events management, public relations, preparation of powerpoint presentations and questionnaires, and many others. Since I joined the team, we have managed to acquire new sponsors, resulting in more than 200% of original budget. "Ranč Solný Potok" is a picturesque children summer camp. This camp not only lets the children enjoy their summer in virgin nature of Jeseníky Mountains, but also gives them a great opportunity to experience contact with many animals, including horses. As part of the camp, the children are also taught to take care of these animals, ride horses and much more. After spending many years as one of the children at this camp, I have decided to participate as one of the staff in 2012 and returned for many years. This gave me a great opportunity to further develop my managerial and organisational skills, while teaching and enjoying the youngest ones. I have been participating on everything from events management to assisting with general administration.
