  I am leading a team of extension officers, coordinating, supervising and monitoring all activities related to the Crop Productivity Enhancement theme. I participate in developing project documents, planning and budgeting of project activities. In consultation with country and thematic directors, I play a leading role in implementing country work plans. I participate in implementation, supervision and monitoring of project activities at project sites, in collaboration with Agricultural Offices. I make a regular field visit to provide guidance and technical backstopping in proper implementation and execution of project activities. I prepare on a regular basis monthly, quarterly and annual technical reports and budget requests and submit to Country and Theme Directors. I play a leading role to establish, maintain and manage the data base of Crop Production Extension activities. I am promoting SAA crop production extension activities through appropriate media
