I was introduced to Kate McCall when she was a Marketing Intern at Proforma and I watched her grow into a talented Marketing Communications Specialist and leader on our team. To say Kate is a hard worker would be an understatement. Day-in and day-out Kate would go above and beyond to ensure her projects were completed to the absolute best of her ability. She is one of the most talented and detail-oriented people I have ever worked with. I relied on Kate to help write, proof and produce many of Proforma’s communications pieces and I could be confident Kate would produce high quality, professional work every time. Kate was often pulled in many directions, given last minute changes on projects and was constantly under strict deadlines, yet she always came through with excellent work and a great attitude. Her ability to multi-task and balance multi projects made her a go-to resource for many of her co-workers. Not only was Kate passionate about her work at Proforma, but she was also committed to helping everyone she worked with. She took a special interest in getting to know her co-workers, making her a pleasure to work beside. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. Any team would be very fortunate to have her!

I enjoyed working with Kate on multiple projects. She has excellent writing skills, and always made sure our videos and emails were consistent and accurate. She wrote many video scripts that were informative and fun, and was a huge help at making sure our video shoots came out as planned.
