Michal Rosen
I met Kate a few years ago when she was in charge of Biophilic Design at the global Google headquarters and lectured in Tel Aviv on her innovative work on the subject. About six months ago, I approached Kate asking her to attend as a keynote speaker at the WELL conference I initiated and was held on February 12, 2020, on the workspace as a platform for corporate financial and organizational success. Kate enlisted the preparation of the lecture professionally and thoroughly, sent me materials several months prior to the lecture and we were in continuous contact as we examined the materials that were suitable for her lecture and how to adapt the lecture to the spirit of the conference. Kate's coming lecture aroused interest in the national press in Israel and she was interviewed a few days before the conference in TheMarker, a prominent economic magazine in Israel, on Biophilic Design and its effects on employee welfare and corporate success. The lecture itself on the day of the conference was both excellent, engaging and professional with interesting case studies and highlights on the economic benefits of incorporating biophilic design into office design. I received great comments on the lecture from top companies that came to the conference and there is no doubt that the lecture was one of the most prominent in the conference and contributed greatly to the excellent professional content presented there. I wanted to express my sincere thanks to Kate for her important contribution to the conference and to recommend her as a great lecturer. Hope to continue fruitful cooperation in the future, Michal Rosen, Interior Designer B.Sc.Te. WELL conference entrepreneur

I worked closely with Kate as she led the Ecology Program at Google. She's a fantastic and talented person to work with--an extremely effective manager and collaborator. Kate brings an impressive array of environmental science, management, and business expertise, while also being a strong communicator and facilitator. She is especially adept at reading situations and recognizing opportunities, identifying people's strengths, and strategically advancing priorities. Kate is a great talent and I look forward to seeing the next steps in her career!

As a research fellow with Águas do Algarve, I monitored groundwater quality parameters and developed a hydrogeological characterization of four wells surrounding the Faro-Olhão wastewater treatment facility. Analysis and results were presented to government officials at the Portuguese Environmental Agency (APA).
