Katelyn is the real deal, she called and emailed within a few minutes of contact and this was during the weekend on off hours in the evening. She has had continued daily follow up which is a rarity in the lending business from what I have experienced in my 12+ years of being in real estate. I highly recommend talking to her and letting her show you what she can offer in lending products before you lock in your deal with any other lender.

Katelyn is an amazing person to work with! Her positive attitude brightens up the office nonstop. She is very knowledgable and therefore, a great asset to get help from. In the time I've known Katelyn, she has consistently proven herself to be a great team player, dilligent and a great communicator.

As the director of client engagement, I have my hands in all client-facing materials, tools, and strategies across marketing, branding, PR, and communications. I unearth avenues to boost the customer experience, and partner with the full scope of senior executives, ad agencies, and the firm ownership team to implement data-driven CRM strategies to jump-start revenue growth, modernize the brand, improve client relationship management, and advance digital communication policies. Impactfully, I drove a major transformation of marketing and branding tools and strategies to streamline client onboarding, reallocate marketing spend, rebrand and transform the welcome packet and practice website, and promote automation. ✓ Enabled prospecting increase from 10 to 300+ digital inquiries in a single year by overhauling the branding and language of client-facing materials, communications, and website (UX). ✓ Designed visual and creative content for client-centric events – managing 8 annual events prior to 2020. ✓ Drove change around digital communications and internal CRM policies to support business development and foster improved relationship management for client relations. ✓ Executed research project to examine the feedback and generate data from 2.8K client households to fuel changes in marketing, branding, communications, and PR. ✓ Reduced marketing budget from $230K to $57K with increases to client engagement KPIs and ROI, moving spend away from non-revenue-generating tactics. ✓ Transitioned key marketing functions in-house to safeguard branding message and presentation. ✓ Recognized with multiple corporate philanthropic awards and nominations including West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award, Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness nomination and Best and Brightest in the Nation award, and Kestra’s Practice of the Year award by transforming the corporate social responsibly program.

On a mission to reinvigorate the business and set the company on a growth path, I led and elevated brand public relations, marketing, community presence, and client service across a 3-region statewide market. I served as a partner to senior executives in the development of strategies that aimed to elevate internal and external communications, branding and social media tactics, lead generation processes, and overarching business development practices with focus on customer experience, engagement, and retention. ✓ Enabled achievement of highest grossing year at ~$15M AUM, up from ~$3M, with ~300% increase in client acquisition. ✓ Built-up turnkey marketing operation by transforming and modernizing internal processes backed by leading best practices and benchmarkable tactics. ✓ Achieved #1 practice for social media presence and consumer engagement – national recognition by Ameriprise – consistently highlighted on Ameriprise corporate social media trainings for innovative ideas, consumer outreach strategies, and overall social media effectiveness. ✓ Spearheaded development and growth of corporate social responsibility programs to amplify PR awards and community donations – increasing brand awareness in the community. ✓ Brokedown barriers and surfaced internal pain points to build collaborative solutions, tools, and resources that impact customer experience while increasing internal skill sets.
