      Assisted head coach during each session and monitored athletes as they completed their training programs. Took athletes through a speed and agility warm up, and also a gym warm which was required if the athlete was just in for a strength component of their training program. Demonstrated exercises and explained their importance and benefits to athletes, and talked about what muscles each exercise was targeting to beginner athletes. Used external cues to correct technique to ensure each exercise was performed safely and correctly to avoid the risk of injury when training.
