Anne-Katell was a wonderful pedagogical consultant. She was efficient, hardworking and quick to understand my needs. I remember coming to her with a rather complex technology gitch on an LMS platform and she had it resolved in minutes. That glitch had been happening to me for over a year! What a relief. Other colleagues also had a chance to work with her on program development and revision and only had glowing reviews. She had a pramatic approach to problem solving that made it easy for our institution to reposition our programs in a way that was both relevant to our clientele and attractive to prospective employers.
