I worked with Katelin from 2017–2021, collaborating with her in 2020 and 2021 for NYMetroParents, SIParent, and RocklandParent. Katelin possesses an impressive combination of intelligence, organization, and dedication to her work. She always spoke up and make positive, well-received suggestions in weekly digital strategy meetings. During my time at Davler Media, one major goal of the company was to have all team members, whatever their roles, take a data-driven approach to all of their decision making, adjusting to a rapidly changing media environment. Some team members were resistant to change. Katelin proved to be remarkably adaptable, seemingly effortlessly absorbing new concepts, learning SEO best practices, adopting new strategies, making them her own, and sharing with others what she had learned. Perhaps most impressive were her organizational skills. I still to this day don't know how she managed to lead the NYMetroParents digital team, manage a website with daily output, social media, respond to requests from the sales team, work with outside digital consultants, at the same time edit a monthly print edition, a digital magazine, and a weekly newsletter with re-sends and drip campaigns, all the while keeping and regularly reporting analytics on all of this. Kaitlin also displayed solid leadership skills. She is the type who leads by example, and has a stoic demeanor. Her team worked hard because she worked hard. Everyone in the company liked and respected Katelin.

Katelin was not only a coworker, but a mentor as well. I learned so much from her in the wonderful time we worked together. She is beyond proficient in writing for SEO, a skilled editor, and an excellent writer. Her attention to detail and organizational abilities are among the best I've come across in my career. In addition, her managerial skills are superb. I often find myself asking "What would Katelin do?" when making my own management decisions.
