As a female Director in a male dominated industry my goal is to advocate for gender equality and other minorities in the industry. I will bring my previous teaching experience to guide others to explore training possibilities to upskill themselves and be the best version of themselves. EK Contracting’s motto is Proud to Belong and I am honoured to be one of three Directors who are advocating for Indigenous employment opportunities across WA.
