Our focus is on sector specific skills policy including: research, development and implementation of occupational standards and qualifications; apprenticeships; human resource solutions; professional development; and national Skills Strategies. I am the project manager and expert consultant across multiple projects and regions with experience in Central America, North Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, central Asia and the Balkans.   In this role, I was responsible for all technical and policy aspects of TVET in Scotland that related to the Visitor Economy. This included development of national occupational standards, SVQs and Modern Apprenticeship Frameworks, credit rating for the Scottich Credit and Qualification Framework, partnerships between industry, education and government.
