If you get a chance to work with Kate, take it. I have learnt so much from her. As the leader of the Fair Share Trust for UKCF, she managed a large number of sub-contracted organisations, mine was one. She kept everything on track, her focus and determination was incredible, never losing her sense of humour or willingness to help when things didn't go quite to plan. The programme was a great success, all credit to Kate!
