  Team Leader from inception to transition of Phase 1 Mekong Region Land Governance project. This is a Swiss, German and Luxembourg funded project to support secure land and forest tenure for small holder farmers in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam. In this region, the tenure security of small holder farmers is often challenged by large-scale land investors and natural resource extraction. This project is working on innovative initiatives with government, private sector, community representative and communities themselves to find long term improved land governance scenarios, in particular for more vulnerable groups, such as those who are defined by their customary tenure.
