Ensuring the successful completion of training courses for companies such as Tarmac Building Products, Fisher Engineering, Biffa and Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering, which in some cases involved liaising with site managers to organise relevant courses and the ability to discuss, challenge and advise.Organising training materials and equipment for various locations and in time for the successful delivery of training courses.Providing the support and co-ordination to training associates in preparation of course delivery.The collation of all relevant training information both pre and post course delivery and the accurate recording of essential data for auditing and future referencing.Carrying out selective research in the support and co-development of training courses with training professionals, this has included areas such as, Working at Height and Environmental training amongst others.
