iFeatures is Creative England's low budget UK wide feature film development and production initiative funded by BFI, BBC Films and Creative Skillset - www.ifeatures.co.uk• Worked closely with the iFeatures Exec producers managing the application, selection, development and production process of iFeatures 2,3 and 4.• Worked with filmmaking teams on developing scripts and over-seeing projects to ensure they work to the low budget parameters. • Provided development notes on projects.• Managed the budget & schedule of the overall initiative and provided updated cost reports throughout the programme.• Fed into and designing the overall programme for iFeatures.• First point of contact for senior execs from the funders and leading practitioners across the UK film industry. • Oversaw the production process of greenlit films, dealing with closing, contracts, crew, rushes, schedules and budgets.• Fed into the design and management of residential training workshops for the filmmakers on the initiative.• Fed into the website design and marketing strategy for the initiative.• Set up the SHORTFLIX scheme (in partnership with Sky Arts and National Youth Theatre) for new filmmakers, looking for diverse stories and talent. Lead on the development & production of 5 short film projects.
