Ben Allen

Kate and I worked in a number of different roles during my time at Clarks, and although never directly in the same team, our paths often crossed and we worked together on many of the same projects. Kate has boundless energy, engages with a wide group of stakeholders and has an appetite to to understand the root cause of issues. Working with Kate was always a pleasure as she works to understand all points of view. With a natural, open style, her curiosity means that she quickly gets a handle of different situations and challenges, and then works collaboratively to provide solutions whilst also helping to navigate through the change.

Kate approaches every project she works on with an unrivalled enthusiasm and strong desire to do the right thing, always considering the bigger picture. Kate has been a great coach to me for a number of years, challenging me to think differently, asking the right questions and seeking feedback to get the best from me and the other teams she has managed. She is an asset to any organisation.
