Kate is our Program Operation Service Executive for a cohort of 27 people. She has a very bubbly personality, we felt there are not issues raising our concerns with her, knowing that she will always reply or find ways to facilitate our requests. She is a responsible individual, once during our in-class session, there were some hiccups and while being on medical leave due to vaccination, she worked with her very professional SIM team and help resolve most of the issues for us.
