  Process insurance authorization. Adhere to all agency policies including, but not limited to, the confidentiality agreement, personnel policies and clinical procedures. To serve as a liaison between the BVNA and third party case managers. Assist the Intake department daily with processing referrals from hospitals, MD offices, Skilled Nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Interprets Medicare, Medicaid and other third party regulations to insure appropriate referrals to homecare. Process insurance authorization.
