Dr. Edwards founded Precision Performance & Physical Therapy in 2015 with this vision of creating something very different than the typical healthcare company. She envisioned a place where her team would not be burnt out all the time- a place where creativity, expertise and innovation could thrive. She created a company that was a living example of her beliefs about health and wellness in the workplace. Kate is a physical therapist, author, speaker & educator helping to widen the lens on what it really means to be healthy. Athletes, entertainers, healthcare providers and corporate professionals often believe that the definition of success depends on the amount of hours they work, how stressed out they are and what is happening in their physical body. Through 12+ years of successfully treating thousands of frustrated clients while navigating her own injuries and health struggles, she knows and believes that success is so much more than your body or your profession. She knows that to create a truly healthy lifestyle we have to look at our entire wellbeing. We must address the physical, mental and emotional health of ourselves, our corporations and our clients.
