Kate was with PDP|LDN for almost 5 years, where she gained experience and knowledge from concept to delivery. During this period, she spent time in the Hong Kong office, working on high-end multi-unit schemes for the Grosvenor Estate. While in the London office, she worked primarily on projects for the Cadogan Estate, providing her a strong background in heritage buildings and conservation work for residential and retail schemes. Kate has worked as an architect to aid the delivery of a number of high end residential refurbishment projects to completion along Cadogan Gardens and Kings Road, with project value between £2-6million. Notably, Kate undertook a key role in the Chelsea Cinema development, on Kings Road, from initial concept up to detail design, leading the coordination and design of the residential and cinema uses and working collaboratively with lead consultants and the client.
