I became a MHFA England Trainer in 2016, and have delivered adult courses all over the UK, although I became a MHFA Trainer in 2016, I have been delivering training for over twenty-five years, in a variety of settings, including Senior University Lecturer at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. I am completely passionate about the importance of considering all aspects of a person’s health and wellbeing and understand that there can be “no health without mental health”.
