From internal staff briefings and team building events to broker roadshows, broker networking events, Directoire events, Press Conferences, Seminars, Industry Dinners etc. - Identify new business event opportunities for the company, organise presence, achieve attendance and measure effectiveness. - Concept planning and full event production of the International Premier Broker Event. - Concept planning and full event production of the International Platinum Club exceptional performance business recognition event. - Production of detailed event briefs and manage production companies and suppliers to deliver on the technical AV side of event management. - Creation of event communications, for internal and external publication. - Manage the event journey for all event attendees, from invitation management to post event surveys. - Work closely with all business departments from internal team to senior stakeholders within Risk, Commercial, CFAO produce events and communications requirements. - Works with Communications Manager on internal communications. - Researches, negotiates and purchase all requirements for events from technical support, AV kit, exhibitions materials and branded merchandise for all events. - Work closely with designers and printer to produce event related materials, branding, gifts, merchandise. - Strategic analysis of events processes and planning for operational excellence. - Identify and manage a programme of corporate hospitality for the company. - Produce content for monthly management board reports. - Management of Company Sponsorship Assets.
