Kate is impressive. I’d had some insight into her work before our coaching but it was here in these 121 sessions where I fully appreciated her talent and qualities that made her an excellent leader. She is self aware, open to feedback and committed to her personal development. Kate is now in a role that is perfect for her where she gets to fully utilise these skills delivering through others but I imagine it won’t stop there! I envisage senior management in Kate’s future as her tenacity and commitment will no doubt drive her and her teams forward. I’d recommend any prospective employers to hire her in a heartbeat!
